Do I need to register in order to purchase?

No, you don’t have to. You can purchase as a Guest. However we do encourage you to register an account to get the latest promotions.

How much is the Shipping Rate?

Shipping rates vary depending on countries and regions. Please refer to our Shipping Info page.

How can I get Free Shipping?

We do run “Free Shipping” promotion from time to time. As of now, Free Shipping is only available for orders and deliveries within Malaysia.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Buzz Shop?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card payments through Stripe’s secure payment gateway.

How long will delivery take?

Express delivery for within Malaysia will less than 3 working days. The rest of the world will need about 7 to 14 working days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes! Our online shop runs on SSL, a security protocol that provides privacy, authentication, and integrity to Internet communications. Also, we use Stripe payment processing platform to ensure a smooth and secure shipping experience. 

What are the delivery charges for orders from Buzz Shop?

We currently only deliver within Malaysia at a special flat rate of RM10. Do look out for our FREE SHIPPING promotion if you spend over a minimum amount.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once payment is approved and through, our team will confirm your shipping details and shipping process will begin.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Not at this moment. We are still working in it.
